The Northwater Top 75 Income Trusts Plus announced today that the final net asset value of the Trust per unit, as at June 30, 2008, is $8.35. This net asset value per unit reflects the monthly cash distribution of $0.08 per unit previously declared to unitholders of record on June 30, 2008.
